Step into the bold, fruity world of Tumblin Dice 8‑Year Straight Rye Whiskey Finished in Apple Brandy Casks. This limited ten‑barrel release ages 7 years in new charred American oak before a finishing year in Laird’s apple brandy barrels—America’s oldest licensed distillery. The result marries fiery rye spice with autumnal fruit and gentle sweetness. Bottled at 118.9 proof (59.5 % ABV), it pours a deep amber glow and builds complexity like a flavor tapestry. Proof & Wood’s curation brings forward rich orchard fruit, caramel threads, and refined woody warmth in every sip.
