Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us first and we will submit a claim to the carrier on your behalf. Once the claim is settled, we'll either replace or refund your purchase. You may also opt to purchase an optional shipping warranty, in which case we'll administer your claim before the carrier does. This will significantly improve claim processing time
