At its center is a high-carbon steel utility blade designed to score and cut through stubborn bottle wax.
And when the blade eventually dulls, you don't need a proprietary replacement. Simply loosen the socket bolts, slide out the old blade, slide in a new standard utility blade, and retighten. Simple, serviceable, and built to keep earning its place on your bar.
