A rich, viscous texture that coats the mouth like velvet. It's like Christmas in a glass – think spiced cookies with a hint of molasses and compost topping. The palate also offers stewed fruits and dates, with a touch of fruit cake and classic Christmas spices, including a hint of star anise.
