Innovative Aging for a Unique Flavor. The journey of Peregrine First Flight, begins with a blend of rye and corn whiskies aged in diverse casks, including ex-Speyside scotch and new American oak. The whisky is then recasked into French Limousin, American ex-Cognac, and new American oak for an additional 5 months, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.
