Blue Note Juke Joint was born from the Blues and named after the places where blues made its name. A juke joint is a bar, tavern, or roadhouse featuring music played on a jukebox or live bands (associated with the blues) with space to dance. An opportunity to select this very approachable yet tasty barrel was music to our ears.

Barrel #18009 has a mashbill of 70% Corn, 21% Rye, 9% Malted Barley, and 123.5 proof.
- Nose: maple, sweet corn, touch of cereal
- Palate: caramel, vanilla, sticky toffee
- Finish: gingerbread, oily
High-proof bourbon that drinks like anything but. You start with maple and sweet corn on the nose, followed by a whiff of cereal. In the mouth, you experience an explosion of caramel gently tempered by sticky toffee and vanilla. In the end, you're left with an oily finish on the tongue with remnants of gingerbread.
