Rock Town Single Barrel Bourbon is a premium bourbon distilled, aged, and bottled at Rock Town Distillery located in Little Rock, Arkansas. The brand takes pride in its corn and wheat coming from Arkansas farmers. ALL OF IT. THIS IS RARE. The bourbon ages in air-seasoned, new, charred oak barrels for a rich and complex flavor. This bourbon is bottled at cask strength.
Tasting Notes:
This wheated bourbon is special. It's chocolate and pecan pie forward with hints of cinnamon, vanilla, and orange sorbet. A fantastic chocolate pudding note on the second taste, showing the development of the chocolate. In the third tasting, an orange chocolate surfaced, which is to say that the orange and chocolate I had tasted previously only married into something deeper. Slight hints of caramel, hickory and sandalwood (on the nose).

Rock Town 7 Year Old "Club Marzipan" Single Barrel Bourbon
I have never had bourbon from Arkansas, never actually knew it existed. However, after purchasing two bottles, I purchased another. One person I shared some of its nectar with, said to me, I think I have a new favorite. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.
