Remember Found North, the brand we all fell in love with during one of our first virtual tastings? We've teamed up with them for something unique.
We headed to Boston with some premium members for a hands-on blending session. It was quite the experience! After trying out a dozen blends, we finally landed on one that we all genuinely enjoyed. Our private blend was built around a pair of ryes finished in Muscat and Ruby Port and complimented by a rye finished in Sauternes. It also contained a large portion of 22 year old corn in New Wood and a splash of 25 year old corn in Hungarian oak.
Proofed at 125.2, It's our first-ever private blend from Found North, and we're proud to have our name on it.
The bottle has a fresh look, too. We combined the classic Found North design with a piece of our NFT art that everyone, including the Found North founder, thought was a perfect fit.

Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Floral, red fruit, nutty, with graham cracker baking spice, subtle secondary earth tones emerge. Good depth and layers to the nose.
- Palate: Evolving body - lands with baking spice and brown sugar. Great crackling spice on the front palate. Transitions to sweetness and tannin on the side palate. Transitions again to a melon fruitiness and excellent oily texture on the back of the palate.
- Finish is very clean and well-integrated with minimal heat but a strong maple syrup note that lingers.
