Delicious bourbon. It drinks way below its proof - smooth with no bite. The depth and complexity of flavors is incredible. This one drinks WAY above its price point.

On the nose: I get a touch of maple and honey, but it’s a dusty quality that reminds me of honeycomb or corn puffs cereal.
On the pallet: I get a lot of honey here, almost thinned out like you are making a one to one simple syrup but much more complex. There’s another cereal coming through for me like maybe sugar smacks, I think it is the rye and malt coming through.
For the finish: The mouth feel isn’t thick and viscous here. It’s thin but very complex and coats your mouth and the finish is longer than I expected. There’s hint of marshmallow I’m getting as well, overall very impressed.
I’d give this an 8.1 so far on my first pour.
