Mash bill of NY-grown grains; 70% Hickory King white corn, 20% rye, 10% malted barley · Distilled on 4/7/15 in a continuous copper Vendome still and thumper · Aged for 7.5 years in 53-gallon oak barrels. · Non-chill filtered; 54.8% ABV

This barrel lays down baseline aromas of cherry cola, Big Red chewing gum, and allspice. All these flavors carry through on the palate, lifted by orange zest and dried leaves. If you’re a fan of soda, look forward to a house call from Dr. Pepper with some dark chocolate on the finish. This barrel SLAPS!
