Mugen Spirit Yokai "The Den" Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon

DFW Bourbon Club is thrilled to announce their next Single Barrel Release, a collaboration with Mugen Spirits, the creative vision of Kojin Tashiro, a Japanese-born blender who crafted the brand as a love letter from Kentucky to Japan. Mugen Spirits marries the artistry and restraint of Japanese craftsmanship with the bold, expressive nature of American whiskey — and “Yokai” is a perfect example of that harmony. Kojin personally flew to Dallas to join this selection, an incredible experience that showcased his passion, precision, and artistry firsthand. 

Tasting Notes: Nose: Rich red fruit, Earl Grey black tea, and a smidge of honey. Palate: Earl Grey tea, baking spice, orchard fruits, and ripe red cherries. Finish: Sweet tea with subtle spice and oak, carrying a decently long, warming finish.
